| sent them money, and opened up an account, and they said it was a related account of someone that owed them money and they kept my money when I proved by email it was not true. |

| These people are horrible on every level. They owe me about 4000 dollars at present and I really am doubting that I will ever see it at this point. I was told by customer service to use direct check...they bounced that one. Next it was International Debit card...not working either. Now it is 'my wallet' which is growing slimmer by the day as I WAIT. It is very ugly at this point. |

| I have found the cashier department at Sportsbook to be very UNHELPFUL in resolving a problem in my account. All they can say is the same thing which is unsatisfactory to the client - ME. I would like someone there to simply state that they will look into my problem and not continue to give me the company b.s. line. I have provided information that should resolve it but they don't care. It has been an exercise in frustration with no resolution. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. |
