MyBookie Software & Graphic Interface: MyBookie betting software is prrovided by a company called Parlay Entertainment. The platform is quick and stable. No problems there. The MyBookie graphic interface does not offer a lot of uniqueness. A very classic look that is falling behind the times (for bettor or worse) as more sportsbooks appropriate the "lifestyle" angle and go for sex appeal and the convenience (for players) of the single gaming portal. Site Navigation is good but somewhat sub-standard with not all of the nav links on the left bar appearing on every page.
MyBookie Company details: MyBookie has been online since 1998. First formed under the GCSports banner and then re-incarnated as MyBookie in 1993. That year they made their mark in the online sportsbook industry with a very sucessful (for them) Super Bowl. They had a very public and somewhat embarassing (for them) dispute with a player in the summer of '05 that took a lot of good faith to bounce back from, but they seem to have learned a hard and valuable lesson from it and no further complaints have been recorded. In 2005 they reformed under the Nine brand and teamed up with VIPsports. MyBookie is now managed by VIP Managment Services which itself falls under the aegis of Leisure & Gaming PLC, a London Stock Exchange traded corporation.
Marketing and Brand: MyBookie markets largely to the recreational bettor and has no qualms about asking wiseguys and winners to bet elsewhere. For the recreational bettor they are a superb book, with half juice Fridays and nice football and basketball promos to keep players happy.
Prices: MyBookie prices are average for the industry. The 1/2 price juice on football and basketball on Tuesdays and the free1/2 point of Fridays gives players a nice edge.
Customer Service: MyBookie offers support via live online chat, e-mail, and toll-free phone. Phone and live-chat hold times average 30 seconds and the staff is friendly, articluate, and knowledgeable. At an average 47 minutes, email response times come in slightly higher than an acceptable half hour. MyBookie support opens at 8 am (EST) and is open up until the second half of the last game of the day. While this may not irk many of the players out there, in our opinion, lack of 24/7 support for an online sportsbook is like a brick-and-mortar store without a website.

Other Promotions: MyBookie offers a 20% referral bonus. Every Tuesday all Football and Basketball odds are at half price (-105). They run half price on the entire Football and Basketball weekend lineups. 5% VIG Tuesdays, 9% cash back on all losses. Only gamblers who made an initial deposit of $500 or more are eligible for this 10% bonus.
Transfers Fees: MyBookie transfer fees are slightly above par for the industry. They offer free deposits, as is the norrm, and 1 free withdrawal per week via any of their payment processors. Above that one free withdrawal a week players may pay anywhere from $10 for a check to $30 for a Neteller withdrawal. The 1 free/week is nice.
